SENEC Australia under New Management
SENEC Australia is pleased to announce the placement of Patricia Cavalcanti as our new Chief Operating Officer and Sven Albersmeier-Braun as Director. They have taken over from succeeding CEO Ian Parkinson on 5 August 2019.
Based in Osborne Park, Patricia will be leading the SENEC team in Australia. Prior to SENEC, she has managed sales operations and worked within the energy sector for Kleenheat and Perth Energy. As COO, Patricia will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that SENEC Australia has the operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization in the Australian market. “This is such an exciting time for SENEC Australia. We have an incredible team, we are more focused than ever and the company is growing rapidly. We are proud to bring to Australia the same commitment to local solar industries that has attracted over 5,000 registered partners in Germany alone. We aim to become a market leader in Australia whilst maintaining the values of a small business that supports our retailers in any way we can.” Patricia said.
Director Sven Albersmeier-Braun will continue to be based in Germany with ongoing visits to the Australian office. Sven has been leading the International Business department at SENEC GmbH since June 2016. Prior to his time at SENEC, Sven was the Head of Sales at sonnen GmbH and Juwi Solar GMBH respectively, demonstrating his passion and strong commitment to the solar industry. Embracing his new role, Sven said “The awards SENEC has won and the warranty period we offer are a testament to the quality of our solar battery storage system. I have no doubt that SENEC will become a household name in Australia”
The SENEC Australia team is currently gearing up for the ALL-ENERGY EXPO (23-24 October), Australia’s largest gathering of renewable energy professionals under one roof in Melbourne where a very exciting announcement will be made.
